The Way of Befriending: A Framework for Fostering Belonging

This workshop challenges leaders to move beyond performative and adversarial approaches and adopt befriending as an approach to fostering justice and inclusion. Guided discussions, reflections, and music will show participants how befriending can dismantle "othering" and create lasting trust.
