# Parfait Bassalé

> Parfait Bassalé is a leadership speaker, workplace belonging strategist, musician, and author who helps organizations build cultures of belonging through keynote speaking, skill-building workshops, music, and transformative experiences. His work weaves together storytelling, interpersonal neuroscience, original songs, and reflexive inquiry to inspire and equip people to befriend the "Other." Born in West Africa and holding a Masters in Conflict Resolution from Portland State University, Parfait partners with companies, nonprofits, institutions, and faith communities to transform culture from the inside out.
